Overview

UCAP Bahamas serves primarily as a point of intermediation for OTC investment strategies, dedicated onshore & offshore fund management, and discretionary and advisory mandates. Offshore funds managed or advised by UCAP Bahamas are domiciled in the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, and Bermuda.

Regulatory Supervision

UCAP Bahamas is regulated by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB).

The Group’s license also entitles it to manage Luxembourg-based SIFs (specialized investment funds) or AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds) according to EU legislation. Pursuant to this framework, we offer clients the ability to either rent a compartment within our umbrella, the UCAP Luxembourg Fund Series S.C.A. SICAV-FIS or to establish their own umbrella fund for which UCAP Bahamas, as a regulated entity would serve as fund manager.
